The three things I look for that completely discredit these people?

1. Anyone that considers parapsychology a science.

2. Anyone that believes in ghosts.

3. Anyone that writes a website about paranormal activity and doesn't know how to use spell check.

How many of these class "A" (or "B" or "C," for that matter) EVPs were captured in situations where everyone involved knew that there was no way it could be faked?

For instance, were the recordings taken by somebody and sent in and they just TOLD you that there was no one else present when they were captured? Was someone from this site present at the recording? Were the devices/media examined beforehand and found to be completely blank/erased?

This is all skeptics are asking. Something remotely scientific. Anecdotal evidence is not and never has been scientific.

I've noticed more ghost walks in the past year or two -- I went on one last year while on a vacation in the Southwest. That walk was in Albuquerque and my niece found it and signed us up. The hosts were very good indeed. And our local historical society has held a few as well. I haven't attended one yet, though. But it's gotten me interested in ghosts and their stories. Melissa Van Rossum is a ghost guide, as well as a psychic and empath. (She gives talks on such topics as "How to know the difference between the presence of a deceased love on, a guide or a ghost," and "how to recognize the presence of a spirit or a ghost." And she's written a fascinating book on ghosts, who have been finding her all her life. THey haunted her until she discovered she could help these lost souls find their way back. Lots of great stories here, and once you've read "Their Way Home," you'll know what happens when we die, and you'll no longer fear death."
